Hindustan Papers Corporation to modernize its Kagaj Nagar plant in Jagai Road in Assam with an investment of Rs. 3520 million. The plant installed capacity to be raised to 140,000 tpa. An additional steam turbine of 2 MW capacity is also to be installed there. The expansion details of the new unit are as follows.
