ITC plans expansion of Bhadrachalam unit

ITC Ltd is planning to expand its paper unit in village Sarpaka in Burgampahad Mandal in Khammam district of Andhra Pradesh. The project involves expanding Paper & Board Production unit capacity from 5,20,000 MTPA to 7,40,000 MTPA) alongwith balancing of pulping lines to achieve 3,50,000 BDTPA of bleached Hard Wood pulp. It will also increase the captive power plant capacity to 25 MW. The total project cost is estimated at Rs. 11,000 million. It will add one paper making machine of capacity 2,20,000 tpa, one de-inking line of capacity 120 tpd and increase the capacity of evaporation plant, recovery boilers, recausticising plant, Chlorine dioxide plant etc.,

Rushil Décor plans paper board plant in Navalgarh

Rushil Décor Ltd is planning to set up a agro waste panel board plant in Navalgarh in Surendranagar district of Gujarat. The new plant will have a capacity to manufacture Agro Waste Panel Board of 4,32,000 pieces / month and resin of 1400 tpm for captive consumption. 31.7 acres of land had been acquired. The total project cost is estimated at Rs. 134.9 million.

Delta Papers plans 80 tpd unit in Vendra

Delta Papers Ltd is planning to set up a pulp & paper unit in village Vendra in Palakoderu Mandal in West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh. The project involves setting up of a 80 tpd pulp & paper unit using Casurina, Subabul, Eucalyptus etc. in addition to Bagasse and Recycled Waste Paper.

Seshasayee Paper plans expansion with an investment of Rs. 2500 million

Seshasayee Paper and Board is planning to invest Rs. 2500 million to increase its production capacity to 80,000 -90,000 tonnes per day to take its total production capacity to 2 lakh tonnes per day. It has adequate raw material requirement and a captive power plant of 37 MW which will meet its requirement. It may be noted, the company had proposed this expansion programme last year and was put on hold is revived now
