Shreyans Industries Ltd is planning to expand its paper unit in Ahmedgarh village in Sangrur district of Punjab. The project involves expanding writing & printing paper mill from 30000 tpa to 45000 tpa. Land required for the project is available at the existing premises. The project cost is estimated at Rs. 285 million. The plant has already installed captive Co-generation plant of capacity 6 MW (one back pressure steam turbine of 2.5 MW capacity and another extraction cum condensing steam turbine of 3.5 MW capacity).
